The process was a little scary at pickup because of the language barrier. It was a bit unconventional, but everything turned out alright. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I needed a jump start on my second of having the car, and they were able to be there within 15-20 minutes. They were the nicest and sweetest people ever! Highly recommend.
